Ashley and Bonita were absolutely fantastic my first visit. They were super friendly upon walking in the door, which was very welcoming. The consultation from Bonita was helpful and my first session with Ashley was explained very well and it was over relatively quickly. Im looking forward to seeing them again at my future sessions!! Very clean and professional atmosphere.

I had my first tattoo removal session yesterday, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the team at Recovery made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to explain every detail of the process with precision, walking me through each step so I knew exactly what to expect. I truly appreciated how thorough and attentive they were. I visited the New Haven, Connecticut location and had my laser tattoo removal done by Ashley, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about her. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Ashley is not only highly knowledgeable, but also very personable, charismatic, and easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the entire process, she communicated every step clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood exactly what was happening and why. She even shared new and insightful information about laser tattoo removal that I hadn’t known before. Her attention to detail, patience, and passion for what she does truly set her apart. 10/10. I had my third session yesterday for multiple tattoos, in color and black, on various areas of my body, and in various sizes. Ashly is amazing. She makes the prowess quick and fun! Bonita is a doll and does her best to always accommodate my crazy schedule. It’s always such a joy for me to come in and see these Ladies. In regards to my tattoos they are fading at a much faster rate than I expected! I do wait at least 12 weeks between sessions, be sure to massage the areas daily, and drink lots of water. If you are wanting to get a tattoo removed I highly recommend Removery of North Haven with Ashley and Bonita!

The North Haven location is the best! From the beginning I have had really great experience at Removery. From the moment I walked in, Reba made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Tattoo removal can feel intimidating, but they took the time to explain the entire process, answer all my questions, and set realistic expectations. The clinic was extremely clean and professional, and the team (Ashley is wonderful!) were both knowledgeable and kind. During the treatment, they checked in with me often to make sure I was doing okay, which made a huge difference. You can tell they truly care about their clients and want the best results possible.The progress is great! The professionalism, technology, and customer care are top-notch! ✨
